Agree, we the readers know he is guilty but the public doesn’t have all the evidence. You think with all the times they’ve destroyed someone who ended up being innocent they would stop this. However the comic is completely correct that not only would the news cover this it almost certainly would be on national channels.
There was in fact innocent men who got claimed for R on a woman, but she was caught lying, so she got really big sentence thankfully
The worst part about stories like that is that sometimes the women does it because they think it’s funny.
In general, especially with sex offender, it gets people catharsis knowing these people are out and known, and hope they suffer fates far worse than death, regardless if its active or passive feelings of a society.

well karl’s arrest on the sexual harassment and extortion charges has made the local television news headlines . now that karl’s dirty little secret is out in the open wonder if his family will help him fight these charges or will they disown him . now i wonder how lara feels about this case getting all this media attention .
If he has a good relationship with his family they will get him some help but the way he is acting I don’t see that happening.
