These two duked it out in Ashes to Ashes. They were equal in strength to each other as shown in episode 10 though Isabelle managed to narrowly win in the end. To be honest, I never really believed they would be friends until way later as I believed that there would be another fight in episode 16 since Holly would see Chris and Isabelle again (thereby being forced to wait until another animation series or so for forgiveness). I would go with Ashley because she underwent permanent transformation. If you take Isabelle’s case she does transform but only for fun which is not long term…
