So, they explained Alistair to everyone they just had that conversation in front of, right?

I did the math for compound interest. If he had $1 in his account with an interest rate of 5%, it would amount to $5,171,058,392,898.72 after 600 years. Since Alistair is a celebrity at his time, he could have received a higher interest rate. Additionally, he may have at least $1,000,000. If this is true, if he left $1,000,000 at an interest rate of say 10%, after 600 years, it would be a whopping $622,613,323,106,485,772,992,840,204,288.00 You pronounce this as six hundred twenty-two octillion, six hundred thirteen septillion, three hundred twenty-three sextillion, one hundred six quintillion, four hundred eighty-five quadrillion, seven… Read more »

Well, banks don’t really work quite like that. But your point stands: Alistair is wealthy to the point that there is no meaningful limit to his available funds.

I hope to see a wedding in their future despite what happens to Norah.

Well, 600 years is a lot of money, especially if it is started off as gold.

Depending on the interest percentage, that could be a lot, or not as much as you think. For example, at 1%, Alastair’s money would only double 8 times, but say 6% interest, his money would double 50 times in that same 600 years. Starting from 1 dollar, 1% becomes 256 dollars after 600 years, but with 6% that same 1 dollar becomes 1,125,899,906,842,624 dollars in that same 600 years.

OK I am confused again !!! Who or what is the Party Plant ?

Party Plant is a meme from Different Persp3ectives, I believe. If I recall correctly, Chris, while in his mother’s form, poured some alcohol out into a planter, and the readers assumed that the plant would get drunk, or something. It snowballed from there into the Legend of Party Plant, and now every time a plant shows up in the comic, people think it might be Party Plant.

Party Plant is the potted plant that Chris poured alcohol in during Different Perspectives

Will it reveal in the future if Isabelle continued being Alastair’s apprentice from this point to Awakening vi as it was never mentioned if she still did so for money to pay for the bills.

THE RETURN OF PARTY PLANT!? WE MUST SPREAD THE WORD!!

Well… That was resolved VERY easily. lol

But I imagine that 600 years of compound interest would indeed be quite valuable.
