Camille and Karl look nothing alike. Their skin tone isn’t the same, the eye colors are different, and Karl has facial hair that he couldn’t hide if he was Camille. Also, Camille is not wearing a voice synthesizer, yet she is speaking with a female voice.
In one of the comic pages, it shows lara with karl and karl is pointing to Camille. (I think) If I’m remembering right.

Camille got the evidence when she and Karl were still dating. That must have happened after the story started because she’s still seen kissing him early on. I guess she broke up with him because of that, but Karl might not have known that she knows.
Though my question is, if Camille already knew Karl’s true nature why did she even attend his last party then? That part, I don’t get. Is she looking for evidence? Possibly checking on who he has been currently dating just in case shit happens? I’m not really sure..
Karl’s parties are hot spots for everyone to meet up. I guess even if the guy is a creep or a perv or whatever, you can still go to the parties to meet up with other hot guys. If that is the case though, she would be quite shallow.
