I mean sure, all of that might be true. But it all hinges on a real big “if” at this point, that goes against what we’ve already been told about Stephen being Cypher. And personally, I don’t think Karl is lying about that. If reading the comments of this comic has proven one thing, it’s that fans have not reacted kindly to the Cypher/blackmail storyline.
