Reading, I found myself genuinely wondering whether “impregnant” in Panel 2 is a typo.
Personally, I’ve decided that my headcanon is that it’s not. Drake really just said “impregnant” while being dragged up a building.

Given that this Glumine looks like it’s about twice as big as the one who attacked Taylor, this is not the same Glumine. Plus, as far as we know, they don’t share a hive mind. So if one Glumine learns something, that does not mean they all learn it too. Maybe because of the size of this one, it’s inherently smarter than the first Glumine.
At panel 2, this Glumine is intelligent enough to disarm Drake’s weapons.
Right, but that does not mean that this Glumine learned about the dangers of weapons from the Glumine that attacked Taylor. Nor does that mean that this is the same Glumine.

well i can’t say that i am surprised that drake is becoming the next person to get attacked by this creature . but his team is nearby where they can get to him quickly . just hope they get there before he gets fully transformed .
