Can’t believe that he doesn’t realize that if his clothes change and his license changed and the fact that he was wearing a female version of his uniform then maybe his boss remembers him as Carmen. Of course he doesn’t seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed.
Gabby and Dean still remember who Carlos is, even when he’s been changed into Carmen. So in this case, Carlos is correct. Reality does not alter when Carlos transforms into Carmen. Some objects change, such as his clothes, phone and drivers license, but not people’s memories.
I think that his best friend/ex gf, not anyone else, is not effected by the spell.
