Carmen got a birth control prescription. Just because we didn’t see her get it doesn’t mean she didn’t get it. She said she’d get it, therefore she got it off-screen. And if she has it, why wouldn’t she regularly use it?
And since she got it, she’s only had sex with Demaryius, Joss and Quincey. Demaryius wore a condom, and Joss and Quincey didn’t climax in her. So there’s no way she could have gotten pregnant from either of those.
