Wait, I’m a bit confused. If Gabby needs a babysitter during the day, then she wants to hire Carlos as himself instead of Carmen. However, as far as Leo’s concerned, he only knows that Carmen’s the one with the experience, not Carlos.
From what I recall, Carmen only works at the Eclipse from Thursday through Sunday nights. The Eclipse is closed Monday through Wednesday. Meaning Carmen would be free to babysit on those nights.
Additionally, since it’s Carlos who got the glowing babysitting recommendation from Mrs. Everett, I don’t think Gabby would be opposed to Carlos babysitting during the day. Since Leo would be at work during the day, he wouldn’t need to know whether it was Carlos or Carmen babysitting. Either way, Gabby is fine with Carlos or Carmen babysitting.
