Seems like they’re using American sizing (30:38 is 30FF in most international sizes, but 30H in some American brands).
Also…in real life 30:38 is not that uncommon. (One of the three most commonly listed sizes on bratabase. Plenty of example pictures of 30FF on the bra band project).
