Why is feisty such a trigger word for Carmen?
Feisty is generally not a word used to describe a man. If he was a man right now, you’d say he’s determined or strong-willed, not feisty. Keep in mind, Carlos still sees himself as a dude right now. He might have a woman’s body, but he still has the mind of a man. So to use a very feminine word to describe him is only making thing more awkward for Carlos. It’s another reminder that he’s becoming less and less of a guy.
Thanks for that. I personally didn’t equate “feisty” as a feminine descriptor, but I can see why.
