Oliver, this is the point you start thinking of any and every way to get away from this Godmother. The locket is basically a demonic possession. An entirely different personality takes your over, changes your morals, interests, values, sexual orientation, inhibitions, everything. It even seems to suppress memories, otherwise despite not finding meat disgusting because you the personality change, you would be able to consciously think about what you are doing and realize things are messed up.
