Without “Mom’s” intervention that large a bust and hips would get her limited to plus size work only. Oliver IS her daughter. I don’t know if Caroline was reincarnated as Oliver, or if she was transformed into him to keep her safe for some reason until her mother found her, but I don’t think Oliver would have vague memories of her & her mother’s names, if Caroline wasn’t Oliver’s original name.
She didnt even give oliver a gift that is worthwhile because caroline is a bad model, she can literally mind control anyone. Theres no point to oliver being caroline besides her own hidden motives

Let’s say this is similar to Chris/Christina. Oliver still deserves to live. Then GM should take the Carolinean soul into her own body and then help both of them.
I’m pretty sure Caroline will ultimately be a female version of Oliver with a little of both of their personalities & preferences.
