In reality: users who have been banned on twitch still can donate. No hacks, no magic.
But they can’t send private messages, like the one Cypher just sent Lara. So yeah, he’s a hacker.
Or created a new account
He has the same username with the same punctuation and everything. So it’s the same account.

But Cypher sent more than just a donation. He sent her a private message too. It’s not the donation that makes him a hacker, it’s the message.

It’s not. There can only be one account named “Cypher” on Switch/Twitch. If he created a new account, it would have been a different username.
Dickface back at it again, huh? Now he has donated a total of 500 dollars, which I’d prefer if Lara would just return all of that back to him.
Anyway, I think it’s safe to say that Cypher really is a hacker, and a really skilled one, I’m afraid. Now I wonder if the money he’s donating to Lara came from whatever shady (maybe even illegal) activities he’s doing with his hacking skills. Either way, Lara is in deep shit…
