8/10. The pacing and the animation were both solid. The ending twist also took me by surprise.

I was already confused how siligel worked but this episode was very hand wavey in it’s use. It got all over his chest but it didn’t generate larger breasts? Then at he end he looked 7 foot tall… Otherwise, a decent episode.

I feel like Phil is being way too unbareable in this episode. He saw Juliette talk to Jamal once, and he doesn’t even actually know what they said together which makes these sudden accusations ever worse. That guy went through a lot in this first series, and Juliette helped him during the worst of times. Funnily enough, I get the impression that Jamal will be at this family dinner too, so I imagine this is where everything is going to come out. I feel like that has been Phillip’s thing ever since… I think ever since the first series. Whether it’s working at Toucans as Phoebe, or his relationship with Juliet, he doesn’t give the impression that he’s been truly happy with his life.

The dinner also seems like a perfect time for all the secrets to spill out, especially if they find out that the whole family is indeed present at the dinner.
