The closest thing we have to a hint is that on Halloween Sandra dressed up as a boy character and Natalie dressed up as a girl character, which would suggest Shane and Natalie.
I wouldn’t be surprised by any result, though, including both guys (which they discussed on Alistair’s island) or both girls.

They do not! Technically, since Namekians all reproduce asexually, they are genderless. There’s also no “female” Namekian either, as pointed out by Dende in the original Namek arc of DBZ
