I just had a realization. The “Virus” is the original strain of curse, and over time the curse has evolved into a gender curse. The “virus” water must be VERY old curses.
Well this “Virus” is mainly Sylvanna’s curse or “gift” with fewer steps such as the virus doesn’t mind control the victims and it doesn’t give the victims explosive runes on their necks unlike Sylvanna’s curse.
That’s not part of Sylvanna’s curse. She’s just casting multiple spells on them. In the SF universe, transgenderism is Sylvanna’s curse.
So then non cursed transgender people don’t exist in this universe?
Correct. If you are transgender in the SF universe, that means you have Sylvana’s gender curse.
I always found that strange, because trans people has existed thru out human civilization….way before 10th century AD England.

Only four days left before election day for these people. There’s no way there will be no “final problem” before this comic ends. A lot of people will probably say it’s the Abomination, but I doubt it will be dealt with that quickly. Because of page 628, I think a lot of people believe Alastair can remove the curse from people’s blood without transforming them because of how his sentences were worded. Will Beyond possibly be having things more magic oriented? While I am glad those that love Getting into Character are getting a comic, it just isn’t what had me following you for years. I love your magical world and seeing everything interconnect. 🙁
The Beyond site doesn’t really work like that except for exclusive full Beyond comics like Substitute Perspectives and Setting You Straight. For something like the main comics, like Cinder Isle, it’s the same pages with the same panels, dialogue and actions on each page, except that there’s more nudity and graphic depictions of sex. Also, Getting Into Character is not getting a comic any time soon. If you’re referring to Favors and Followers, that comic looks like it won’t be connected to GIC.
