Technically the situation on cinder isle would be an epidemic rather than a pandemic since it’s not global.

Next chapter will most likely be the festival and that is where large amounts of drama will unfold due to the bullies’ plan and us wondering if the festival is a trap or revenge plan set up by the military.

Too bad they can’t legally marry. They would have to wait what, 40 years to do so?

Considering that state of the island and how most likely 90% of the island is female at this point, and the island is cut off from the rest of the world, I wouldn’t be surprised if the mayor has made gay marriage legal on Cinder Isle. The island is essentially a sovereign nation right now, so they don’t need approval of the United States government or the state of Maine to approve gay marriage, especially since both governments will never hear about their marriage since both governments think they’re dead and everyone on the island is going to be a… Read more »

That said, if and when a cure is found (even if they are both still women), neither the State of Maine (ro any other state) nor the United States will honor their marriage.

Really, what does marriage do for family values?

Were the hell did you get 40 years from? This takes place in 1997 so they have to wait 15 years as gay marriage was legalized in Maine in 2012.

Meanwhile Clarissa will be all alone at her house with nobody there with her if chase has not moved out yet due to going to college.

They’re all stuck on a small island. I don’t think “moving out for college” is a thing right now.

I guess this is the parents’ first kiss in front of the kids. Sandra mentioned before that Wanda and Dyana keep their intimacies to themselves to be considerate about Gavin and her feelings. Despite all that’s happened though, I hope Gavin and Sandra take the news well.

Pointing out typos isn’t really my thing anymore, but I find this one funny (3rd panel):

“…as well as the newest ‘meme’ber of the family that’s on the way.”

Have I mentioned that I really hate the female font’s readability? >_<

I don’t know if this would work with your software, but maybe you change the font temporarily when you’re going to proofread. I do that with the papers I write, and it really helped me spot mistakes I normally wouldn’t.
That’s just a suggestion, though. The usual errors are so minor, it doesn’t really bother me normally. I just find this particular typo funny, is all.
