I knew Alistair was powerful, but him with his 2nd Mana Mark made him like a pissed off bull and the actions he did in Shattered as a statue look like child’s play. He let the beast of its leash, and he actually was turning the tide until she stabbed him.
Alistair activate 2nd Mana Mark reminds me of Ryu’s struggles with Satsui no Hado / Dark Hado (Street Fighter), Jean Grey’s Dark Phoenix (X-Men), Skeith’s rampage (.hack//GU), Skull Greymon (Digimon Season 1), Megidramon (Digimon Tamers), Jiro’s rage (Kikaider), Yami Yugi play Seal of Orichalcos, Hulk The Worldbreaker, and other berserker moments

The wait was once again worth it! Pros: -There isn’t a single nanosecond of filler in this. One the brief back-and-forth between Alistair and Sylvana is done, it’s go, go, go from there with nearly non-stop action, as an episode like this should be. -The voice cast, including Lovelock and Hunter, were on top of their game! -Despite the episode being mostly action, it’s paced very well, with several smaller moments for brief, but important dialogue between the characters. -Sylvana’s use of a certain dagger was excellent attention to detail, as was several lines of dialogue that called back to… Read more »
Sylvana vs Shang Tsung in Death Battle! Both are arrogant but the Mortal Kombat sorcerer is more deceptively cunning.

Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa is the best Shang Tsung and Alan Lee did a good job to make it sound younger along the mannerisms!
I just want to take a moment to say thank you to Mimi for doing a spectacular job animating this episode. This is honestly one of the most well-animated episodes SapphireFoxx has ever made. Hell, I wrote this episode and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time because of Mimi’s amazing animating. You are a wonderful animator, Mimi.
