This is the first and only time we see Garra cry.
Joker says that it only takes one bad day, but Garra has had a LOT of bad days in his life, from when his family was killed to every day he was serving in the Zinarian Empire.
Yet despite that, Garra still chose to do good by leaving the Zinarians, joining the Crossfire, and sacrificing his life to defeat Temptress. He recognized that there is more to life than fighting senseless wars and taking revenge, something that Temptress is unable to do.
That’s what sets them apart — Temptress claims to be a “savior”, but Garra is a true hero.
