Hmm… How would such a game be rated? Like, obviously there is the whole “online interactions not rated” because people can be anywhere from E to AO… But a game that fully simulates the human body? It’d almost certainly get an M for just the visceral fighting and blood, but for allowing all the sex of real life? Either the game is unrated but stores sold it anyway because it is just too popular not to, or it is adults only but stores are ignoring that and are selling to minors… Or “personal interactions are unrated.”
