It’s part of his fractured nature. He’s not able to speak, or even *think*, normally, and capitalizing each section is another way to make that clear.

Sam, Quick Question???? been nagging me for weeks…………… didn’t ruby’s spell state that whatever the fox did to her would happen to him???? (he turned in to the statue…etc………) so in theory………………. she should have fractured and been blown to bits?????……………. *confused*
It was not a spell that fractrured him. So it does not apply in this case.
