I think cypher is Karl or Stephen, cause there is no reason at the moment to suspect somoene else.

It can’t be Jorge. When Jorge first met Lara in person, he acted like that was the first time he saw Lara. But if he was Cypher, that wouldn’t have been their first time meeting, so his reaction doesn’t match.
Plus Jorge doesn’t make nearly enough money to pay Lara this much on stream and still pay for food and rent on just the money he makes at the Q-Bar.
At this point, there’s only two characters that make sense for Cypher’s identity – Karl or Stephen.
My only thing with Karl is, why? It makes little sense for it to be him. Why would he do this to his best friend? He has the means and the opportunity, but not the motive
