Why did they hesitate? They should’ve been running right away.

Because it’s their duty to protect the detective. The whole reason they split up and came here was to do that. they can’t just abandon their duty.

Question is, how did Noreli open door to the rhino when there was no power to disengage the locks that were previously locked and no power for Noreli to open when the glumine attacked

It seems plausible that there’d be some kind of failsafe or manual override to open it from the inside even without power.

Otherwise, it’s a rolling metal deathtrap.

That would seem logical, and one would think that Noreli would have tried that initially upon realizing that there was no power ??‍♀️

This is actually a thing on all real-life electronically locked cars. My Tesla’s normal interior door lock is just a a button that disengages the electronic lock, but it also has an emergency pull-lever that physically disengages the lock.

Is anyone else suspicious about Detective? She seems awfully insistent there is nothing to the sound of plasma fire, almost as i f the ridiculously hot young woman is an agent for the glumine gestalt….hmmmmmm <ponders>

could be but I think it is also plausible that she just wants to get all that data and is under the belief the glumine is harmless and the crew is paranoia
