Okay, no way this is a virus. MAYBE you could argue that the nails changed color because of chemicals but if the shoes changed too, there is no doubt there is something magic going on.
My feet did something like that… went from size 17 down to being able to wear 8.5. Wish I got free sneakers but there wasn’t really any magic involved unless biokinesis and oneiromancy count… I bounce between 8.5 and 11 now because sometimes there is swelling. Managed to put on a 7 once but I can’t actually wear 7.
