This has FAR too much personality and possibilities to just be a one shot.
Damn.
I can already see all the avenues they can go
The different twists and double indemnities
Possibly witness protection gone awry? Maybe the detective has an innate trait unlocked at the moment they need it the most
Like a super missing persons case?
URGH MY BRAIN IS BURNING I NEED MORE
8/10.
The noir grey-scale was excellently implemented into the SF artstyle. Even the intro and outro were made grey-scale, which is great attention to detail. This one-shot is also mostly well-paced. That said, I feel Miles realizes the fake Margret and Richard being one in the same happens to quickly. Also, Richard’s internal voice should’ve stayed masculine for the whole animation, rather than transforming with his body.
Continue the story please I need to know why but seriously please make this a series
I was sitting there infront of my computing device, wondering, what poor mook was about to become a dame. Then walked in the Detective, Richard. A tall man, bold, assertive, the kind that could lasso the moon. Then like a flicker of a candle the man stood no more, seemingly replaced by a tall drink of water. Margret now in his spot, unflappable, undetiered and ready to put right the dark comedy of her situation…
This is easily one of the best videos produced on this site. Very well done!
Must say this is my favorite of all your animations I love more old fashioned animations like this because of seeing them in older female clothes I must say one I would love to see would be like an actual Pirate one
When “Margaret” suddenly appears and claims to Miles that she’s actually Richard:
I think next episode’s setting is at speakeasy bar to ask the locals
Now I understand why the Angry Nerd like noir films because he’s very passionate about his hobby
Meh. Not your best in my pov…
I am seriously loving this video, please make it a series!
