I am just curious, was that just wishful thinking? The character they were turning Shane into was a “Handsome” villain … while handsome has been used to describe women, it isn’t commonplace.
Also, he wouldn’t have been a girl but rather cross dress, this ghost has only been shown to change clothes, not appearance.
