I need to update my payment information

Have you recently changed your credit/debit card or bank account info? You will need to update your billing settings.

If you are using PayPal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.
  6. Click Change in the Payment Method section.
  7. Select the payment method you’d like to use.

If you are using a credit card directly:

  1. Go to your Account Page.
  2. Click Subscriptions at the top of the page.
  3. Click Update on your currently active subscription.

Before i contact support i did change my credit card but when i go to Subscriptions i can t change the the curently subcription (it s written that it s free while i did paid that i don t care) but i don t have the update button and i need it to pay

I clicked on update to update my card payment information and it only gave me the option to pay through Paypal. I decided to go ahead and try it that way and I did everything as instructed above, but I am still unable to use the site. Is there a waiting period for payments to continue, or is there anything you could suggest to be able to regain full access to the site? I’m kinda lost at the moment.

Sorry to place this here. The contact option on the bottom of the page keeps saying “mail delivery failed” when sending a message from there. I just updated my paypal account. So please resubmit my payment. Thank you

there was a fraudulent transaction on credit card and a new one won’t be send until 7 business days. So I won’t be update my payment before April.
