The clothes and accessories are whatever he admires as Carlos. He did at least 2 doubletakes at Mei’s outfit like 4x before heading to toward her.

Pretty sure it’s just clothes. Carmen’s form is based on all of Carlos’s preferences, but only the clothes she gains from a particular transformation are changed by the outfit he’s currently admiring.
There is definitely an upgrade in the bottom part. Carlos mentioned several times, that he likes it big and juicy. And voilà… If he commented on blonde hair, Carmen could actually become blond.

Carlos’s transformations continue to leave me with clothing questions.
For a while I’ve wondered will they only transform back to their original form if Carlos or Carmen is still wearing them when the current transformation period begins/ends?
If Carlos were to put on Carmen’s clothes before a transformation starts (like just before sundown or a rainstorm), will she just be wearing those same clothes after Carlos transforms or would that outfit still potentially be transformed further after sundown or the storm starts?
When I was exploring, I always had clothing questions. It was so euphoric.
The clothes that Carmen is wesring after a transformation exist only as long as Carmen does. They turn back into the outfit Carlos was wearing when he turns back into Carlos3.
The clothes Carlos purchased as Carmen are permanently in her wardrobe. I assume that if Carlos was wearing that red dress he bought, it’d transform into something else when he changes. Though I don’t really see that happening, heh.
