I may be ignorant here but a lot of what I’ve read about body hair loss for MtF transgender is that hormones eventually over time eliminate it with perhaps exceptions for the super hairy. This excludes facial hair, so maybe given more time things will be different.

That said I do hope it all works out well for you. If only I was transitioning…Read more

Hello all. I’m now three months into hormones, and four months into electrolysis. I haven’t done an update in a while for two reasons, A) there has been next to no changes so far, […]

I’m half a month into the process of hormone therapy, and there’s no changes to report yet. Sadly, I think it’ll be a while before I start to see changes take place. […]

If I may ask, how much is the electrolysis going to cost you and do you have any insurance at all helping you pay? Hoping to start electrolysis myself once I start getting on hormones but I looked up the costs and well… ouchies. Maybe have saved up half of that amount but I still wouldn’t have enough by the time all of my treatments would be done.

Can’t help but feel I’m seeing a very subtle difference between your coming out post picture and the one of you at the top of this update. Like I said it seems really subtle but I might just be seeing/imagining things. I’ll see if the trend continues from update to update.

Right, so you’re about my age then. That gives a lot of perspective. Probably helps me out as well that about the only masculine thing about me aesthetically is my facial structure. Otherwise I’m 5′ 5″ with curly blonde hair lol.

That said, the answers do help. You seem to have a very direct and simple approach to it all which I assume…Read more

It is a series of questions I have, but thanks for allowing my questions. 🙂

First off, what exactly made you consider yourself transgender? Was it simply being interested in transgender things as you said (or as how I understood it) or was there some longing to be a woman or perhaps you felt as if you’re in the wrong place or body?

Your…Read more

If I may ask, I have some questions about your process. If you don’t feel up to answering I can respect that but I’ve always been curious about transgenderism and my case might be similar to yours. The questions I have might help give clarity to others as well but again it’s your call.

However I’m not sure if this is the place to ask so if…Read more
