Excellent, a very concise and accurate reply. Of course there are many other abbreviations that are extremely offensive, however, someone who does not understand your reference would not understand any of the others, which I will not list here.

“Trannie” is an extremely offensive term and people who use it are just demonstrating their total ignorance, and total lack of knowledge, about human sexuality.

Oh no. Please don’t think that I was directing my comment at you. Medical technology has improved by leaps and bounds in the past several years but has left many of us, including myself, in the dust. However, there is a wonderful fantasy provided here that lets us all catch a glimpse of a dream.

There is a very old saying which I find to be very true and applies to most people; ” By the time you’re able to do anything about it, it’s too late”. Yes, the younger a person is, the better. There’s the rub.
Don’t want to sound fatalistic, just that it applies to me as well, and, maybe, most of us.

I would vote for New Zealand. I’ve been there many times. It is an unbelievably beautiful country with very friendly people and progressive ideas. I think that it combines the best of both England and Australia and possesses and exotic location to boot.
