Honestly I wouldn’t expect them to stay together. For one, we know the virus makes the infected people heavily aroused and attracted to non-infected mostly. This means both of them are likely not interested in each other. While we have heard the virus makes people more bi, it specifically seemed to be about non-infected people so that it could spread more.
