What? I think you may need to do a little more research on what transitioning entails. Her genetics will still read as male after the transition and will likely do so for the rest of her life. The changes she is undergoing are on the hormonal level.

Sexy yes, but not believable. Not saying that there might not be scantily clad women in a high school locker room, but no locker room, let alone one in a high school filled with hormonal perverty boys, would have a view like that from the door. There is almost always a hallway like buffer between the door and any actual changing area.
