That is an interesting thought. All the changes we have seen thus far have been based one either the moose sneezing on Zack, or possibly just because Zack splashed the red water on his face to clean that off. Will the virus be different or more powerful with a second Patient Zero who injested the water instead?

Well, she never says she is actually wearing the lipstick. She just says her sense of smell is more sensitive and mentions it as one of the things she can smell strongly. It may still be referring to her mom wearing the lipstick and using the conditioner.

I am curious to see if someone will get transformed while in costume. The virus seems to transform people based on who they were before the change. How will the virus react to costumes? That is true, but it isn’t Zack suggesting the costumes. Shane may not be thi king it through. We know it’s likely for her to eventually wear a skirt, and this could be something they talk her into. I think it may be somewhat difficult to find an iconic trio from the 90s that featured a girl that didnt wear something that Zack would object to at first.

Starting to wonder what all mental effects are affecting the infected. Besides a shift towards liking men, we haven’t seen them talk about other effects, but all of them seems to be adapting to womanhood very quickly and easily, and not one appears to be cutting their hair short or wearing their men’s clothing.

Depends how much her reality changes. Chris may never have worn women’s clothes if it hadn’t been for that mistake, but I have never met a girl who hasn’t at least casually worn some guy clothes in her life.
