What happened to Alyssa wasn’t necessarily caused by high dosage and frequent use. It was heavily influenced by the rare medical condition that Alyssa has. Luke doesn’t have the same medical condition as Alyssa. Therefore, it is likely that he will not go through the same experiences as Alyssa when using SilliGel.

Well this “Virus” is mainly Sylvanna’s curse or “gift” with fewer steps such as the virus doesn’t mind control the victims and it doesn’t give the victims explosive runes on their necks unlike Sylvanna’s curse.

So Michael, formerly Hannah will end up with Dylan? That wouldn’t really make sense to the plot, because going off based on logic the new Michael would most likely end up with Abigail instead of the new Hannah.
