That’s not what I mean. I mean if Isabel abused her power. Broke the law or used her powers to hurt people intentionally, are there any consequences? Are there magic police or are magic users only held to those other magic users that seek to oppose them?

This situation is the equivalent of someone breaking into your house, living there for several months without your notice and then demanding that you let them live there. Oh, and that you don’t live there while they’re in the house. Chris didn’t create Christina, she’s an invading spirit trying to supplant his will. He needs an exorcist.
