No, as JD said. She’s referring to the video which shows her going from presenting as female to male. The caption is correct.

Not the best of starts to this comic with the amount of errors and lack of attention to detail. To add to the previous comments, what about the boxer shorts being longer than the shorts that were on top of them? And all of a sudden the bra straps have vanished in the last frame.
