Just tell them how you really felt being a boy and how badly you wan to be a girl. Sorry i do not think i Can help much as I dont really understand how you actually feel and I am never thought of being a girl so there really not much I can advice you on except just try to express your feeling and listen to his response and answer back accordingly.
