All the ghosts were most likely mixlings when they were alive like Ashley since they had the gender curse. I believe the abomination will be dealt with near the end of the story since Alastair deems it a threat to both non-bloods and sorcerers alike.

I’m pretty sure Ashley is not a mixling.

So are they their cursed genders or their actual genders now?

Cursed. Again, the curse makes men into women. Never seen it turn a woman into a man

Ftms do exist through the curse I think. Like Gavin’s biological mother

That is inaccurate. Sylvana’s curse affects a person in the womb and turns them into their opposite gender. This includes turning someone who was meant to be a woman into a man and vice versa. We’ve seen Alistair have to cure a few women with Sylvana’s curse and turn them into men, like Hannah and Mariah.

It’s just that it’s much sexier and more entertaining to watch Alistair cure men and watch them turn into women than it is to watch a woman turn into a man. That’s why we only see a few female-to-male transformations on this website.

Since there only a few ftm transformations on this site. When we do see one Sam puts tons of effort into them and ends up as bombshells. Like Tamara’s male form from Two for One

So is the nurse planning to stay behind to help finish fusing Alistiers peaces or is he strong enough to do that himself now?

That’s a good question.

As much as I’ll miss them for the rest of the story, I’m glad they’ll be able to find some peace and the loose ends are all being neatly tied up.

May all their good souls rest in peace

Oh yeah! This confirms my Bloodline theory, like, for real. Though, I guess it’s up to us to know which bloodline they are, which I already did. I’m so glad I thought of that early on in the story. Plus, I was partly right with the Abomination being a leftover of Sylvana’s magic, though not entirely accurate.

The part about it being a massive conglomeration of people’s soul fragments is interesting, though. So I guess non-blood souls also disperse into fragments when they die; they just can’t become spirits/ghosts.

The Abomination reminds me of Teen Titans episode, “Snowblind” due to biohazard / radioactive waste to form a rampaging monster.

I know the Ex’s speech bubble was blue and you said her speed was due to her being sapphire but now im wondering if she is actually ruby as her claws are more destruction based since we now know the abomination is just a cluster of lesser soul fragment?

I doubt that. The destructive power of Ruby sorcerers is element-based magic, not physical ones like the Ex’s big meaty claws. So probably, her destructive nature is just what her crazy ass is when she was still alive (though not as deranged as Alsitair’s “ex”…)

I see and i think you right. Bit i still think there may be a ruby soul in the abomination Alisteir doesnt know about that he’ll have to help eventually

  1. Glad Alastair dealt with the “dark” spirits
  2. So the abomination is a combination of soul fragments? talk about body horror
  3. Now I’m sad to see the other ghosts go. I liked the bride, doctor, harlequin, pilgrim girl, and mistress. I hope they find peace in the afterlife :'(
