I’m going to go back and re-read the parts when Gavin and Zoey starting dating to see if I missed any foreshadowing about Gavin wanting to be a girl. I know about the pink underwear and the bride and the dark secret but there could’ve been something else that I missed.

Well at least he has Zoey/Zack for help, true friends no matter if lovers or not, have to stick together. I know how Gavy feels…. I kinda felt that way when I realized that I was gay… coming out is not as easy as some might think
everyone has their secrets and its hard to open up to people because they’re afraid friends and family will treat them negatively or not the same. I wish some people can be more accepting of people of who they are on the inside. I myself have my own secrets but they’re nothing compared to you or Gavin. I got nothing but big support for anyone whose gay or transgender. I have a friend who’s gay and she’s an amazing and funny person.
I’m actually really liking this a lot more than I thought I would. I’m kinda surprised it didn’t occur to me to think that’s what the secret could be, especially after seeing the red curse things and Alistar’s place under the lake. I’ve really liked how this story has gone along, really explored other ways of how people can feel about gender changes after a long time.
