Zoey just criticised how open Natalie was, so I fail to understand why she’d engage in hypocrisy by doing the exact thing she just criticised and speaking of these things.
Like Natalie said, they can be open and honest with one another. It wouldn’t be hypocritical of Zoey to talk about that. If Nat and Heather can be open about that kind of stuff, then so can Zoey.
It would be hypocritical because she told Natalie that it was too much information, and then if she were to speak of these things she would be the one giving too much information.
You could say that, by the time Zoey reveals that she hasn’t masturbated as a woman, she was convinced by Heather that it wasn’t “too much information” and that the three of them can be honest and open with one another.
It’s not hypocritical if Zoey changes her mind.
It’s good to see people try to describe something most people would pass over because it is too hard. It’s even better when there’s that little poetic touch to it as well.

As I recall, the only one on the island who wanted a hair cut was Zoey, but she changed her mind when Gavin said that he liked her hair the way it is. Other than that, no one seems to want to get their hair cut.
