Another personal experience thing—Trust me, you come out to any straight woman you have been seeing and they will happily release you. But….if she has a lez streak in her…..maybe not. Actually, irreconcilable differences would be the generic grounds and Matthew/Miley doesn’t even need to be present in court for the divorce to be adjudicated.

Guaranteed to be different in every country. If it happened in the states the fact that he is completely changed into a female would be difficult to prove his identity by any legal aspect. Although his friend’s are witness to his transformation and could sign the documents as witness (Vouching for signature authenticity) and server (serving the documents to the recipient).
